Hi there, thanks for stopping by I'm Diana and welcome to my little corner of the internet called Confessions of a Sotonian.

Now I must confess although Southampton is in my postcode, I was born and bred in the New Forest until 3 years ago, when I moved 3 miles down the road, so technically I'm a Hampshire hog (as the locals call it) but that didn't sound as nice as a Sotonian, so hence Confessions of a Sotonian was born.

I love animals and until recently I had 3 beautiful black cats. Tiggles, Biggles, and Wiggles they were my babies and it was heartbreaking to give them up but I didn't have a choice in it.

When I'm not blogging, I'm making videos on my youtube channels or I'm travelling, and I love to travel whether it's exploring my own country or another and with my partner being from Canada, it means I get to travel 2-3 times a year, so I've experienced Canada in most seasons now except the fall (autumn) as we say in England.

I hope you enjoy reading my little space of the internet and that something that I write about helps you, whether it's travel-related or a life situation or a relationship breakdown, whatever is happening we must remember life is a gift and you only get one, so do what makes you happy in life.
